Recruitment and Onboarding
Recruitment includes the announcement of the position, collecting and reading resumes and CVs, scheduling interviews or “making exams when needed”, and, finally, hiring new employees as needed.

Employee Onboarding process
Onboarding is the process of familiarizing new employees with the organization, it begins after the recruitment process, and it contains 7 main steps:
1. Releasing the offer
After the employee gets hired, the HR manager sends a warm welcome email with a few essential documents and policy documents with the job offer.
2. After acceptance
Once the employee accepts the offer, the organization schedule a call to review forms and policies.
3. Waiting period
During the waiting period, the employee might be open to offers from other potential employers as well. So, it is critical to building a good rapport with the employee.
4. The day of joining
In this step, HR managers ensure that the new hires feel welcome and comfortable.
5. Coordinating with other departments
It’s important to notify other stakeholders (co-workers and departments) about the start date of the new hire.
6. Training and orientation
It offers new hires relevant information about the teams within the company, team processes, team policies, tasks, and job responsibilities.
7. The first quarter
The major objective of this period is to review the expectations of the organization and the employee and to ensure that they match.
